Craig McVay Oklahoma Charter School Program Grant, hosted by Oklahoma Public School Resource Center. Craig is a 42-year educator with experience as a public-school teacher, coach, counselor, principal and superintendent. McVay’s career experience is mostly with small, rural districts across Oklahoma. He is currently retired and consults on an as needed basis.
