Starting in October, CCAP will be holding a series of webinars on California Board of Education-approved academic progress indicators. The very power and sophistication of these tools can pose challenges to their use by charter schools, school districts, and county offices of education that lack the resources to have employees with the expertise to utilize the systems effectively. These webinars will provide an opportunity to learn about the tools and how they can be used effectively. Other stakeholders in addition to charter school authorizers are welcome.

The first session will be on MAP Growth by NWEA, with the NWEA team that was part of a session held at CCAP’s 2023 California Charter School Authorizing Conference this past June.
