The National Network for District Authorizing (NN4DA) is developing an Authorizing Consultant Directory to connect school districts seeking professional services with experienced individuals and consulting firms that can support effective charter school authorizing.

A Network of Authorizing Support
The directory will help districts identify providers with the appropriate expertise, whether they need assistance with a specific authorizing responsibility or comprehensive support to strengthen their authorizing practices.
It will help school districts identify consultants whose experience and services align with their authorizing needs. The directory is intended to expand access to authorizing expertise and strengthen district authorizing practices nationwide.
For School Districts: Find the Expertise You Need
School districts have varying authorizing responsibilities, resources, and levels of experience. The NN4DA Authorizing Consultant Directory will help districts identify providers who can meet their specific needs.
Consultants may provide direct assistance with authorizing activities, such as charter petition reviews, renewal evaluations, and ongoing oversight. They may also help districts develop effective systems, strengthen internal processes, and build their own authorizing capacity over time.
Whether your district needs support with a single project or a more comprehensive approach to authorizing improvement, NN4DA aims to help connect you with qualified professionals.
Consultants: Provide Authorizing Support
Our consultants are individuals as well as organizations who offer specialized expertise in every aspect of charter school authorizing, and provide comprehensive consulting and technical assistance services.
Our goal is to develop a national network of providers who collectively:
- Serve school districts across all 50 states.
- Support districts of different sizes, capacities, and levels of authorizing experience.
- Offer expertise across the full range of charter school authorizing responsibilities.
- Provide both direct services and assistance with long-term organizational capacity building.
